Appearance notes:

I. do I even need this. He’s Mickey Mouse. Big round ears, technically has a tail even though I always feel weird bringing it up. Small. KH fashion choices. Yanno. ((For the record, he uses Starseeker, and not the Kingdom Key D, throughout FtPverse!))

Personality notes:

- THE BIGGEST WORRYWORT YOU WILL EVER MEET!!!!!!!!!! Kingly duties? Paperwork? His friends? Does Minnie miss him??? Is Xehanort going to destroy everything?? DID HE ACCIDENTALLY FORGET TO SIGN THOSE PAPERS MINNIE GAVE HIM AGAIN??? Yes, he did. This is why Minnie runs the kingdom.

- Anyway I guess that got on a tangent but: he’s a big fat worrywart!!!! HE ALWAYS WORRIES!!!!!

- Super chill and nice!!!! Always a pleasure to be around (I mean, provided, you aren’t evil??).

- Kind of the dad friend?? ((not the mom friend who takes care of you but a guy, the dad friend in which he gives you rides home and tries to give you advice but isn’t, um, good at that?? At least he doesn’t make dad jokes))

- Feels strongly about Keyblade Master Duty, though sometimes his compassion gets the better of him (which, is a good thing, usually)

- Has very strict views re: darkness

- Kind, compassionate, great! WOULD NEVER DO EVIL!!

- Has ADD!! Super forgetful, has trouble focusing on certain things, hyperfocuses on others. Fidgety.

Other notes:

- A reckless driver (THIS IS CANON???)

- Would probably forget his keyblade if he couldn’t just summon it to him

- Carried a lot of guilt re: letting Aqua/Ven/Terra down. He feels significantly better now that Aqua and Ven are back, but, still

- Doesn’t understand a lot of things and is perpetually Confused ((well, ok, Sora in general in Ftpverse has thrown him (and Yen Sid both) for a loop))

- He married into royalty, and was not born royalty ((Minnie was born royalty, especially if you consider Three Musketeers))

Keyblade Master!!! The only active Keyblade Master in FtPverse that isn’t Aqua or Xehanort

SOME SICK ACROBATIC SKILLS??

Very strong light magic! A decent healer.

Less in the “I know a lot of things about healing” sense more in the “I could pump a really really REALLY strong curaga into you and you’d turn out fine”—kinda like Aqua except Aqua could cast twenty of those in a row

Fighting Style / Battle Stats:

Faster than he is strong, at least, physically. Not exactly like Ven though? Uses his size to his advantage. Does a lot of flips and sick acrobatics. ANYONE WHO’S PLAYD KH2 (OR I GUESS MISSION MODE IN DAYS) IS P FAMILIAR WITH MICKEY’S FLIPPY FIGHTING STYLE.

Does a lot of small damage quickly so that it adds up.

Can cast strong magic spells, especially of the light-oriented sort! Can do straight up light magic, as well. His light magic sure is something to be reckoned with, because it’s super powerful and, unlike Ven, he’s well practiced when it comes to using it!

History:

- I incorporate like, every Disney media w/ him into it into my canon? I JUST, ASSUME HE’S BEEN ALIVE SO LONG THAT HE’S DONE ALL THESE THINGS AT SOME POINT AND THEN HE SETTLED DOWN TO BECOME KING OR W/E

House of mouse is one that in particular sticks out to me, but then again like, worldbuilding wise it doesn’t make much sense?? Drat

Also Epic Mickey….!!!! IS ONE THAT, probably hasn’t happened. Maybe. I mean maybe it has and we just never will meet Oswald and that’s Fine he’s got important things to do and places to run anyway

- I’d like to think since Yen Sid and Eraqus knew each other that he visited Land of Departure a lot and met up with Aqua and Terra (and later, Ven) before BBS!!!! Apprentices meeting apprentices and whatnot. SO THEY WERE FRIENDS/KIND OF FAMILY BEFORE BBS HAPPENED

- BBS, happened,,,,,

- Mickey didn’t do much other than Help throughout BBS, and he really!!! HE FEELS BAD HE COULDN’T DO BETTER!!!! He feels bad because he couldn’t save his friends. ((also take this tweet I made for Extra Ouch: yen sid said aqua and ven just needed a light to guide them home—so why wasn’t his strong enough!?))

- while he probably didn’t spend too much time searching for Ven and Aqua, he probably spent some time during the in between years dealing with Xehanort! If at the least: Gathering Info

- like KH canon, he spent FtP, the book, trying to find a way to deal w/ Ansem in the bg. However, since Riku took care of Ansem, he sent Donald/Goofy home and shifted his own attention to the Organization

- kind of background helped with the Organization, like he did in kh2

- HELPED SORA OUT A LOT IN DEAD INSIDE!!! Is becoming good friends w/ Sora

- fought Sora’s Shadow that one time

- helped defeat Xemnas
